One of the tools we use to communicate with students and parents is Infinite Campus.\u00a0 We highly encourage parents to check Infinite Campus frequently so you can stay up to date on schedules, assignments, grades, attendance, messages and more.<\/p>\n

If you have\u00a0already<\/u>\u00a0created an Infinite Campus account<\/strong>, you can visit\u00a0https:\/\/www.hallco.org\/web\/ic-portal-users\/<\/a>\u00a0and click \u201cExisting IC Users Click Here\u201d then choose \u201cCampus Parent\u201d.\u00a0 Your login information will remain the same for all your Hall County students, until your youngest student graduates High School.<\/p>\n

If you have previously created an account but have forgotten your username and\/or password<\/strong>, follow the above instructions and then select \u201cForgot Username\u201d or \u201cForgot Password,\u201d whichever is applicable.<\/p>\n

If you have\u00a0never<\/u>\u00a0created an Infinite Campus account<\/strong>\u00a0(if your student is brand new to Hall County Schools, or if you never created an account previously), please visit\u00a0https:\/\/www.hallco.org\/web\/ic-portal-users\/<\/a>\u00a0and click \u201cNew IC Users Click Here\u201d and follow the instructions.<\/p>\n

Please create your account on a computer prior to using the mobile app.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Infinite Campus mobile apps can be downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.<\/p>\n

Navigating the Parent Portal<\/h3>\n

For multiple children:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on anything other than \u2018Today\u2019 on the left hand side, this will trigger Parent Portal to list all your students. Toggle between your children by clicking on the arrow on the right hand side of the screen, right under the person and notification icons. Information will be displayed for the child that is selected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

To view grades\/averages:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

To see the student\u2019s average, depending on their grade level, toggle between the Terms at the top, under the Grades selection on the left:<\/p>\n
